Message from Pastor/Chaplain

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Greetings In Jesus Name!

As chaplain for Wesley Methodist School Bandar Seri Coalfields my mission mainly with the Chapel Ministry to foster a closer bond between the church and school. As Pastor of Trinity Methodist Church Sg Buloh, I proclaim Jesus as Lord, Savior & Master of my life and I am truly humbled, given an opportunity to write this message. All glory to God.

Jesus gave His life, a high price to pay to make us a part of God’s beloved family. And God raised Him from the dead. When we understand the cost of our salvation, we will learn to be truly thankful & grateful.

The primary theme for churches and schools related is from Matthew 5:14 “You are the light of the world. A city on hill cannot be hidden”. This verse is a personal heritage of the history of the church and school.

Today by the Grace of God, he has opened the door for me in 2019, to begin ministry in WMSBSC. The principal, teachers, administration and students have ministered tirelessly and ministering towards serving God and ministering to others. The best is yet to come in heaven for all those who believe and accepted Jesus as their Lord, Saviour & Master of their lives.

My personal theme “Light to the World”, Luke 4:18 -19 has been in my heart :-

18 “ The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;
19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD.

Let us join our hearts together to allow the love of Christ to follow all people. Let the hope of heaven enlighten and empower us to live well in this broken world that is passing away. Therefore, dearly beloved soldiers for Christ, do not let your hearts be disheartened in this current difficult situation for He is always with us.

Roman 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. The Lord Jesus has assured us in heaven, He will wipe away every tears from our eyes completely.

Finally, God’s Word is needed to prepare the church for the coming of Christ. God’s Word is divine, means to prepare the church for His glorious appearance. That He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by word, that he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish” (Ephesians 5: 26-27). We all have hope in Christ for Christ in us is the hope of glory. Whether is Crisis, Crying & Cashless, can never take us away from our Lord Jesus who is our beloved Lord, Saviour & Master of all our lives who believe in His Name. Psalm 23:1 The Lord is my Shepherd & in Him we have everything & lack nothing.

As a church, let us stand “for the Word of God and for the Testimony of Jesus Christ” (Revelation 1:9). Be fearless in witnessing for Christ as in 2 Timothy 1:7. For God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power love & sound mind. To be His witness at all times and all situations.

In the Name Of The Father and Of The Son Jesus Christ and Of The Holy Spirit,
We Pray, Amen!
